KENDRICK LAMAR ALBUM TOPS BILLBOARD AGAIN

Kendrick Lamar's 'DAMN.' reign just won't let up. Thirteen weeks after the rapper topped the Billboard charts, the Compton native's fourth studio album has earned the number-one spot yet again.
According to BillboardDAMN.'s album sales of 47,000 units is the second lowest weekly total for a number-one album in three years. A portion of the copies sold, 11,000 to be exact, came from traditional album sales whereas the remainder were derived from streaming.

Last month, K. Dot's latest magnum opus achieved platinum status ― not once but twice. The typically enigmatic rapper took to Instagram to celebrate the milestone. "These murals forever belong to my fans," he captioned a photo of his blinding plaques. "You've always taken my words above and beyond. Around the world and back again. With trust. I am forever grateful."
